Description of Works: Procured via Lot 1.1.4 of the Crown Commercial Service Construction Works & Associated Services Framework RM6088, this project was for phased alteration and refurbishment works to 5 levels of a city centre Grade A listed partially occupied office building.

Works included:

• Downtakings/demolition
• Roof repairs
• Structural works including ceiling repairs
• Refurbishment of sash and case windows
• Hand sanding and repairs to plaster cornicing
• Plaster repairs to walls and ceilings
• New partition walls including metal stud, timber stud and glazed
• New internal doors and doorsets
• New toilet facilities and tea prep areas
• Internal painterwork
• Suspended and plasterboard ceilings
• Decoration of intricate plaster features including cornicing, ceiling roses and columns
• Mechanical and electrical installations including power, lighting, data, alarm systems, heating and ventilation
• Floor finishes including luxury vinyl, ceramic tiles, natural slate tiles and carpet tiles
